Experience from two demanding professions.
My professional journey combines more than two decades of information-technology experience with a commitment to public safety and law enforcement.
I began my technology career in Fortaleza, Brazil, and developed extensive experience designing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure.
Later in life, I pursued a long-standing goal of becoming a law enforcement officer. That transition required discipline, humility, physical preparation, and a willingness to begin a new profession while carrying forward the leadership and analytical skills developed throughout my technical career.
